Sometimes "CLEAR TO CLOSE" hits differently! We worked so hard to get this woman to the closing table. An uphill battle from the moment she was referred over. At least 3-4 obstacles stood in our way - but we did it! This single mom (of a hospitalized son) was able to cash out with no income documents, no tax returns, no job. The cash out will prevent the sale of her home, her son now has a place to come home to after he gets out of the hospital.
